This institution offers higher degrees by ways of network education, correspondence education or continuing education. It is in charging of enrollment, teaching affairs, and annual evaluation of teaching and learning at off-campus centers.Up to now, there are 70,000 students registered at 55 network study centers, 10 correspondence teaching and learning at off-campus centers, 15 cooperative colleges with self-study students achieving higher degree, throughout 24 provinces and districts inChina.
